To ensure prompt and efficient service, we kindly request that you maintain easy access to your roll-off dumpster and load it properly. Here are some guidelines to keep in mind:
When choosing a location for your dumpster:
- Avoid placing it near pedestrian walkways or areas with heavy traffic.
- Leave at least 100 feet of space for the dumpster to be dropped off.
- Select a level surface that is free of debris and obstructions, such as low hanging wires or tree branches.
- Check with city officials and homeowner associations to determine if any permits are required. Obtain these permits before delivery.
To prepare for the pickup of your dumpster:
- Ensure that the items inside the dumpster are evenly distributed and do not protrude from the top.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight limit of 3 tons.
On the scheduled service day(s):
- Move any parked vehicles or obstacles that may obstruct access to the dumpster.
- Ensure that gates are unlocked or provide our driver with a key or access code to enter the service area.
- Remove any tarps that have been added to protect your dumpster from bad weather.
