HNC Bin Rental Terms of Use:
Service Agreement: This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which HNC Bin Rental provides dumpster rental services. By using our services, you agree to these terms, which are compliant with Ontario law.
Eligibility and Scope of Service: Our services are available to customers in Ottawa, subject to local regulations. We provide 12-yard dumpsters suitable for various types of waste, with future expansions in services and sizes planned.
Payment Terms: The standard rental fee is $375+tax for a two-week period, covering up to one ton of waste. We accept Stripe, etransfer, cash, and card payments. Additional fees apply for extra weight, longer rental durations, or disposal of prohibited items.
Prohibited Items Policy: A detailed list of prohibited items is available on our website. Disposing of these items may result in additional charges or service termination.
Cancellation and Refunds: Clear terms for cancellation will be provided at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in compliance with Ontario consumer protection laws.
Limitation of Liability: HNC Bin Rental is not liable for indirect damages arising from improper use of our dumpsters. Users are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, under the jurisdiction of Ontario courts.
